JUARISTI strengthens its commitment in Germany with the appointment of Stefan Eggerath as new sales director

Since it opened its doors in 2017, JUARISTI Deutschland has been wildly successful and its team has grown responding to the increase in orders. At present, JUARISTI has around 100 clients in Germany, one of the strategic markets for the coming years.

JUARISTI continues taking steps to strengthen its expansion in the German market. This week the company announced the appointment of a new sales director in Germany, Stefan Eggerath, with the aim of underpinning sales growth in the country.

Trained as mechanical engineer, Stefan Eggerath has an extensive experience as operating engineer and project manager in leading companies of the machine tools industry and has an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool sector. In this field he has worked as sales manager representing major brands, especially in Germany, China and India, some of the priority markets for JUARISTI.

Stefan Eggerath will lead JUARISTI’s commercial structure in the country to provide personalized advisory and technical consultancy services in Germany and neighboring countries, to manage the relationship with current and new clients and to deliver the machinery and technology solutions directly to the final customer. Volker Hiersekorn will remain as the responsible for the southern area of the country.

Expansion plans

JUARISTI took a decisive step to strengthen its presence in the German market with the opening of a new delegation in September of 2017 in Erkelenz (next to Dusseldorf), setting up an office to provide advisory and direct support to its clients directly from Germany. The facilities have a production area of 200 square meters, a workshop of 500 square meters and crane capacity of up to 50 tons.

With this opening, the service in Germany began to be managed directly by a highly specialized local team that has not stopped growing in the last two years and now has twelve members. Proximity, fastness and efficiency in response are the attributes that define the JUARISTI integral service package, whose motto is to take care of the clients‘ business.

Since the opening of this new delegation, JUARISTI customers have reported their satisfaction confirming that the decision meant a substantive improvement in the quality of the service. The team, headed by Wolfgang Moll, managing director of the German service hub, provides technical service for all types of machines, commissioning, technical tests, repair of components, geometric adjustments and retrofit of old machines to all JUARISTI customers in Germany and neighboring countries.

At present, JUARISTI has around 100 German customers who already have its machines. Last year the company made a strong investment in new equipment in order to improve its service, including a test bench for heads, enhancing the spare parts service.

In this sense, the multiple recognitions received in the last EMO fair are a good sign. The new developments presented by the company meant such an important advance in the field of machining centers that JUARISTI was selected among more than 2,200 exhibitors by the team of the German Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure. During his visit to the stand of the company, Andreas Scheuer praised the many benefits of the new JUARISTI TH3 multifunction center, which is an important endorsement for a business project characterized by technological leadership, the drive for innovation and the efforts in digital transformation applied to the machine tool sector.
