JUARISTI presents at METAV 2020 the advantages of its thermosymmetrical design and its powerful universal milling heads
18 Feb 2020
The specialization in thermosymmetric designs is one of the reasons why JUARISTI has become a leading manufacturer of first-class machining centers for boring and milling operations. The designs with headstock centered in the column help to minimise thermal deformation and increase the reliability and productivity of the machines. At the upcoming METAV 2020 from 10 to 13 March, JUARISTI customers will be able to see it first-hand at booth C15 in hall 1, where the column of a Planer type machining centre will be on display.
A sample of the 5-axis universal head ACD7 will also be on display. This is the latest development in the field of universal milling heads with a continuous double rotary axis (horizontal and 45°), which allows fast positioning (from 0 to 180o in 7 seconds). In terms of drive power and torque, it impresses with its speed of up to 6,000 rpm, power (60 kW) and high spindle torque (1,600 Nm).

At the stand, customers will also be able to find out about the technical details of the newly developed TH3-MT multifunctional machining centre. This is a set capable of performing multiple machining operations (boring, milling and turning) with maximum precision and productivity and has received much praise from manufacturers and industry experts since its launch. This new development represents an important advance in the field of machining centres, which prompted the German Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure to include JUARISTI among the more than 2,200 exhibitors at the last EMO.
Participation in METAV 2020 is a milestone for JUARISTI, because its German branch is celebrating its two-year anniversary, on the occasion of which it is offering a campaign with anniversary prizes on machine maintenance and geometric inspections. In 2017, a branch office and a service hub were set up in Erkelenz in order to advise and support customers directly from Germany. Since then, service in Germany has been provided directly by a local, highly qualified staff, which has grown steadily over the last two years and now consists of 12 employees. This team offers technical service for all types of machines to JUARISTI customers in Germany and its neighbouring countries.

In addition to the supply of spare parts, the services include the installation and commissioning of new machines, servicing, inspection and maintenance, repairs, geometrical overhauls and laser measurements, partial and general overhauls as well as CNC modernizations and retrofits.
JUARISTI currently has around 100 German customers. Last year, the company invested heavily in new equipment to improve its service, including a test bench for milling heads and an expanded spare parts service.
