{"id":9600,"date":"2020-03-16T09:35:54","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T09:35:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/juaristi.com\/?p=9600"},"modified":"2020-06-08T14:28:54","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T14:28:54","slug":"extraordinary-notification-covid-19-current-status-and-measures-at-juaristi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/juaristi.com\/it\/news\/todays-news\/extraordinary-notification-covid-19-current-status-and-measures-at-juaristi\/","title":{"rendered":"Extraordinary statement: Covid-19, current status and measures at JUARISTI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Faced\nwith the exceptional situation caused by the coronavirus health crisis, we\nwould like to inform you that JUARISTI management has taken the necessary\nmeasures to ensure that our company implements all of the recommendations of\nthe health authorities until they declare an end to the crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\npurpose of all of the measures being driven by the health authorities is to\nprevent the spread of the virus in order to defend at-risk populations. We\ncurrently have no recorded positive cases among our employees nor among their\nclose relatives; however, taking into account the scalability of the problem,\nwe want to act with foresight and responsibility to ensure the health of our\nemployees, collaborators and clients at all times, as well as to contribute to\nthe well-being of civil society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this\nreason, our first step has been to set up a special committee whose purpose is\nto closely monitor the evolution of the crisis and keep up to date with health\nrecommendations. Likewise, we have implemented technical updates to reinforce\nour teleservice and telephone support service structures, as well as our remote\nmonitoring and management systems. These measures aim to reduce exposure to\nunnecessary risks while also ensuring the maximum availability and efficiency of\nour customer support systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With\nthis in mind, we would like to make you aware of the situation in which we\ncurrently find ourselves on an operational level:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"cabezal-list wp-block-list\"><li>Our\ncommercial operations will continue as normal, while also making digital\ncontact and remote management tools available to our clients.<\/li><li>Our\nusual contact methods will continue to be operational.<\/li><li>Our\nproduction and supply chain system will continue to function as normal.<\/li><li>Our\nwarehouses are sufficiently stocked and our spare parts and accessories\ndelivery service is fully operational.<\/li><li>Our\nTechnical Support service has been reinforced and equipped with technological\nmeans that allow it to operate with maximum efficiency in the event that our\nclients suffer any technical incident. <\/li><li>We\nhave created an extraordinary communication channel with our international\nnetwork of service partners and distributors in order to coordinate with each\nother and guarantee optimal geographical coverage to counteract limitations in\ninternational movement.<\/li><li>We\nhave implemented a protocol to evaluate the updates of the situation daily and\nimmediately inform our clients of any other exceptional measure that we may\ntake.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, we have adopted the following measures with immediate effect and until further notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"cabezal-list wp-block-list\"><li>In-person\nvisits or commercial meetings must be agreed and accepted in advance by the\nclient and the JUARISTI special committee.<\/li><li>All\nactivities involving large gatherings of people and that can not be carried out\nremotely via digital means, such as events, training sessions, on-site\nassistance, etc., will be postponed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are confident that all of these\nmeasures will allow us to continue our activity as normal while also conserving\nthe health and well-being of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to thank you in advance\nfor your understanding and collaboration.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Faced with the exceptional situation caused by the coronavirus health crisis, we would like to inform you that JUARISTI management has taken the necessary measures to ensure that our company implements all of the recommendations of the health authorities until they declare an end to the crisis.
