They provide military equipment and required from JUARISTI a solution for the machining of critical parts. The managers of the company contacted JUARISTI because the concept of the MP-RAM series, which are JUARISTI\u2019s hydrostatic mobile column boring machines, perfectly fitted their expectations. Their characteristics were suitable for this project because of their high cutting capacity and maximum precision thanks to its fully enclosed RAM with 4-sided hydrostatic guiding and the advanced precision technologies they incorporate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 23px;margin-bottom: 10px\"><strong>Multitasking<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This Boring and Milling Machine MP6RAM is especially notable for its multitasking capabilities, because the combination of the RAM and Boring Spindle ( with diameter of 160 mm ) and the integration of different Milling Heads intended for different machining techniques and an AAC system for automatically changing them. The RAM ( with travel of 1,500 mm ) and Boring Spindle ( with travel of 1,000 mm ) are perfect for demanding boring operations in deep machining areas. The machine also includes an Automatic Orthogonal Milling Head with 46 kW of power, 2,000 Nm of torque and automatic positioning every 1\u00b0x1\u00b0 and an AV1 Angular head 30 kW, automatic positioning every 1\u00ba, together with an AV3 Angular head 10 kW, automatic positioning every 1\u00ba.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All these elements provide unsurpassed accuracy and machining power with extremely smooth movements for perfect finishes in multitasking operations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><\/p><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 23px;margin-bottom: 10px\"><strong>Total personalisation<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The MP6RAM provides multiple structural advantages, among which are the long travel runs on all axes (5,000, 4,500, 1,500 and 1,000 on X, Y, Z and W), high power (71kW) and its high spindle torque (3,885 Nm).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Like in all the machines within the MP-RAM series, all the structural components are manufactured with grey nodular cast iron and all the axes are hydrostatic on large ground guides ( after induction hardening ). The 4-sided hydrostatic guiding reduces the friction coefficient and allows extremely smooth movements, achieving very high precision in very heavy machines, with best damping properties and highest rigidity during the machining process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Like in other hydrostatic boring machines made by JUARISTI, this one has RAM Precision Technology, which is a triple automatic compensation system for RAM bending, head rolling and column tilting. The compensation systems work using three proportional valves that activate depending on the RAM position. The compensation algorithms vary automatically depending on the head being used by the machine at any given time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" solution comes equipped with several automation systems and technologies to increase productivity and facilitate unattended machining operations depending on the customer\u2019s requirements. All JUARISTI automation systems are manufactured within the group, so they can be integrated with the machines perfectly and maximum synchronization can be guaranteed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the automation section, the chain type automatic tool changer (ATC) with a capacity of up to 120 tools is especially notable. It can make tool changes in horizontal or vertical mode on either the boring spindle or the orthogonal automatic milling head.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The machine includes a second tool changing system in the AAC that is used for changing up to 6 special very large or heavy tools.
