It is a comprehensive boring and milling center of the TX-S series, accompanied, on this occasion, by a truly exclusive complement: a large vertical rotary table adapted by the JUARISTI Group to the particular needs of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine has been designed taking into account the production needs of IZ-Kartex, Russia&#8217;s largest manufacturer of components for electromechanical shovels and rotary drilling rigs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Truly exclusive TX3-S boring center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine manufactured for IZ-Kartex is a TX3-S model (JUARISTI&#8217;s best known series), a planer-type boring and milling center with thermo-symmetrical design and column-centered spindle assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its wide working courses ensure efficient machining of large components (X=3,000 mm; Y=3,000 mm; Z=3,000 mm; W=800 mm). This vertical rotary table has been designed to be used as indexing plate and controlled axis for machining large parts, with a maximum tipping diameter of 2.500 mm and maximum rotation speed of 2,5 rpm. In this case, two gearboxes prepared for two servomotors have been mounted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprehensive automation package<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the vertical divider, the IZ-Kartex machine includes a 2,500 x 3,000 mm table compatible with workpieces up to 40 t capacity. It also has an attachment changer with store for 2 attachments to switch between the boring bar and the automatic milling head (ACD1) included in the project.
